Noel Ross

Noel Ross was born in Connecticut and grew up around the military her entire life. At 26 she met & eventually married the love of her life, who (you guessed it) is in the military. They traversed Bahrain, California, and Japan, collecting stories, education, and perspective. Hopefully all of this can be of some use to you, or this could be a very short venture.

Noel Ross is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Practicioner, owner of My Yoga Lady, started Mindful Community Groups around the world, and developed the manual to do so.
